Our room had a nice bathtub, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and caring towards us.

the hotel was in an exceptionally nice location, in the jungle. we had cosy rooms with the bedroom, kitchen, for example and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly.

The staff were exceptionally kind and very-very nice, they told us about restaurants and bars which were located near the hotel.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were unattentive.

The resort is picturesque and the villas are modern and comfortable. The swimming pool area was a perfect spot to relax, and the outdoor bar added to the relaxing vibe. The breakfast options were good and the prices for food in the local area were quite low. I also appreciated the quiet location of the resort, and the beautiful lighting at night added to the ambiance. Despite a minor issue with the kitchen being separate from the room, it was still convenient and well-equipped. I highly recommend Loy Chalet for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Spacious and stunning room with a beautiful outdoor bathtub. The kitchen was perfect for our short stay, and the minibar was impressively big. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the smart TV with Netflix and Disney+ was a great bonus. The staff, especially the guy who checked us in and out, were professional, funny, and kind. They helped us with transfers and trip planning. The entire staff was top-notch, and even the breakfast waitress remembered how I liked my coffee. The property was clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the provided scooters for exploring. The swimming pool was also great, and we loved the less-crowded atmosphere. a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Loy Chalet. the resort offers modern chalets, a relaxing pool area, and a lovely outdoor bar. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. We were impressed with the size of the minibar and the available kitchen facilities. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the guy who checked us in and out. They even remembered our preferences, such as how we liked our coffee. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider returning in the future. Cons: Not easy to find the resort initially. 😕.
